We are not experts in antiques or collectibles we gather our information from many different sources, including museums, galleries, appraisers, databases, collectors, blogs and books. We describe our items honestly with the best knowledge we have to offer. So you can be assured you will be purchasing the items as described and they will be the exact item in the photos we have online.
We do not guarantee our clocks to work after the shipping process, we will state in the ad whether they are working or not, if you do not see this information or it is not clear please email us with any questions. We sell all clocks "AS IS" and do not offer warranties, or clock support these are Antique and Vintage pieces and each company has their own web sites for setting and fine tuning.
Clock experts say after shipping, you may have to make adjustments to put the clock back into beat.
There are no or warranties or guarantees on Victrola's, phonographs, radios, or musical instruments they are antique and vintage and therefore not under any warranty Sold AS IS.
These items are not in new perfect condition, they are sold as is and non-refundable some are one of a kind pieces.
We Generally ship out our items within 3 - 5 business days of cleared payment through USPS Parcel Select of Priority mail.
If you want to know the price of shipping first click on the item and then CHECK shipping rate button put in your zip code and it will show.
Best to do orders separately with the calculated shipping otherwise it will add them together and become costly.
If you buy a couple items at one time from us we will discount your shipping 10 % and refund you the difference through Pay Pal.
Orders left unpaid in the cart will be considered cancelled after 3 days
When your item ships we will send you a tracking number so you can follow the progress and estimated delivery date.
Shipping is mainly USPS it is more economical for our customers. If you would like something shipped UPS contact us for a quote, thanks
Your item will automatically be insured for the total amount you paid. All our pieces are professionally wrapped to insure proper procedures for wrapping, including packing material, box size, and so on. We offer much care in wrapping your packages for the safest delivery possible.
However in the event your item ever arrives damaged please email us within 2 DAYS, keep all the packing material, boxes along with the item. We will file a claim for you and your claim will be handled ASAP.
We are not set up for International Shipping presently however if you want a quote on shipping a item Internationally send us your address via email and we will send a quote. Then we will set up the item on the Ecrater site with the full amount of your shipping. Buyer will also be responsible for any International fees, custom fees or taxes upon delivery.
